In my mid-twenties I left a conventional path to follow a question I couldn’t ignore. Fifteen years later that question has taken me through senior roles with the Art of Living Foundation under Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, onto stages at the Royal Albert Hall (London), the United Nations (Geneva) and the National Mall (Washington DC), and into the work of understanding what the nervous system and the ancient traditions are, together, trying to tell us. The journey continues.

A note from me
Every generation has to decide what it keeps, what it forgets, and what it mistakes for progress. Spirituality has become a marketplace. Wellness has become an aesthetic. The traditions that took thousands of years to develop are increasingly being repackaged into thirty-second reels and seven-day cleanses. Somewhere along the way, depth can become convenience, and wisdom can become content. I care deeply about preserving what is authentic without making it inaccessible. My work lives in that conversation. You’re welcome here.
