Where the spiritual world meets the modern one,
and what it asks of us.
Spiritual teacher · Devotional artist · Writer · Industry strategist
I studied psychology and chemistry at the University of Edinburgh before training and working as an optometrist, including time at Moorfields Eye Hospital alongside leading consultants and surgeons. I later completed a postgraduate distinction in marketing and events at the University of London. In my mid-twenties, I left clinical practice to follow a different question. Since 2010, that question has shaped my work at senior levels of the Art of Living organisation under Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, as a senior teacher, programme director, consultant and event producer, working across the UK, Europe and internationally. Along the way, I’ve performed at the Royal Albert Hall, the United Nations and all three World Culture Festivals. I’ve curated the Mind Body Spirit Festival, co-founded Sangha Global, and had the privilege of sharing music and teachings with audiences ranging from intimate gatherings to global stages. The work continues.

A note from me
Every generation has to decide what it keeps, what it forgets, and what it mistakes for progress. Spirituality has become a marketplace. Wellness has become an aesthetic. The traditions that took thousands of years to develop are increasingly being repackaged into thirty-second reels and seven-day cleanses. Somewhere along the way, depth can become convenience, and wisdom can become content. I care deeply about preserving what is authentic without making it inaccessible. My work lives in that conversation. You’re welcome here.
